Hydraulic Sales Engineer

Location Balikpapan & Serpong

Responsibility :

  • Communicate and work closely with company team, sharing information and assist each other in closing deals and knowledge transfer
  • Capable to identify and contact potential clients via own network
  • Generate the sales & service volume and growth opportunities for assigned customers / segment / regions
  • Expand market share with acquisition of new customers
  • Provide quality pre and post sales & service activities / services (e.g. trouble shooting, failure analysis, application support) to OEMs and End-users
  • Report on relevant market movements, demands and competitors’ activities / product offerings
  • In charge of price quotation, tender process and contract terms to meet both Clients and company targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales & services cycle (suppliers, workshop, existing/potential customers)
Requirements :
  • Minimum D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of Hydraulic and Fluid Engineering System
  • Working experience in industrial sales and hydraulic field is preferable, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good network in Automotive, Steel, Pulp & Paper and Power Plant Industry
  • Strong interest in sales, high motivated person, dynamic, customer oriented mindset with proven sales record
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Indonesia
